Raindance

Raindance is a concentrated, colourless water-repellent for masonry based on alkali and UV resistant siloxane resins.

Raindance can be used on old and new buildings to protect against penetrating damp and to keep masonry clean.

Raindance will not block the pores in masonry so water vapour is able to escape (thus preventing the “spalling” associated with less advanced products).

Surfaces should be thoroughly cleaned before application, with any holes in the mortar repaired. Application is by brush, roller or spray, with 2 coats being applied “wet on wet”.

Care should be taken to protect surrounding surfaces such as metal, wood and glass as Raindance can damage such surfaces. In the event that spillage occurs this should be washed off with soapy water immediately.

DO NOT apply Raindance if rain is expected within 24 hours of application.
