Rubberised Bitumen

The product is a water-based, rubberized bitumen emulsion, used with a membrane to form a liquid waterproofing system.
Typical uses:

• All types of Flashings.
• Parapet Walls.
• Flat roofs smaller than 500m2.
• Sealing joints, laps and roofing screws on corrugated roofs.

Advantages:

• Suitable for use in potable water conditions.
• Can be applied to damp surfaces.
• Tough and flexible.
• Excellent adhesion.

DO NOT apply if rain is imminent.
The product is not UV stable and requires a suitable bitumen-based reflective coating.
